FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

John Macy is the Founder and Managing Director of Competitive Edge Technology Pty Ltd.  He is involved in all consulting assignments and brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and experience in HR.

Prior to forming Competitive Edge Technology in 1994, John was a senior manager in the Human Resource division at Qantas Airways. During his 24 years with Qantas he participated in the design, development and implementation of their global HRIS. His roles at Qantas included remuneration management, strategic planning, and HR information management.

For the last two decades John has been sought after by companies in Australia, the USA and Asia to provide advice and guidance on major projects. He has worked on assignments in Malaysia, Singapore, China, Chicago and San Francisco.

John was made a Life Fellow of the Australian Human Resource Institute in 2013 to recognise his services to the HR profession.

MARKETING & MEDIA ADVISER

Patrick Macy will be joining CET as Marketing & Media Adviser in 2016.

Patrick established the Patmacmedia company in 1999 after a successful career in tennis as a player on the ATP circuit in Australia and Europe and then as a professional coach.

"At Patmac Media they understand the ever increasing demands of the business and corporate world and seek to satisfy all clients' multimedia needs, from conceptual design and planning to the completion and successful integration of a client's project. Patmacmedia provide a first class service delivered within specified deadlines". Patmacmedia has some of Australia's leading companies and celebrities as clients.

Patrick has also been involved in sports management and is an accomplished artist.
